Cream Cheese Frosting

This cream cheese frosting has just a hint of citrus flavor and always comes out perfectly. Especially good for any cakes with fruit in them, such as apple or carrot, but I use this frosting for anything I feel like icing as well!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
2. Zest lemon (or lime or orange for different flavor) directly into butter/cream cheese.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
4. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
5. Try not to eat too much before you frost the cake!
