Creamy corn is a wonderful foil for that Thanksgiving day turkey.
Ingredients:
3 pounds whole corn kernels, cooked
1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Directions:
1. Combine the corn, butter or margarine and the cream cheese in a medium sized saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
