Excellent recipe from my Grandma. These are great cookies to put into a pastry gun. These can easily be made into Christmas cookies if you chose Christmas shapes to put into the gun. You can also roll the dough out and use cookie cutters. Ingredients:
1 lb margarine |
1/2 lb cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
4 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Cream margerine and cream cheese until light.
2. Slowly add sugar, cream until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the vanilla.
4. Slowly add flour, mix well.
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
6. Makes many, many small cookies.
