Very quick, tasty cookie. No icing or topping needed. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soft butter |
1 egg |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1 package dry cake mix (any flavor) |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cream cheese.
2. Add egg and vanilla.
3. Add cake mix, slowly.
4. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Form into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
