Directions:

  1. Mix softened cheese
  2. With onions
  3. Garlic
  4. And dried beef
  5. And black pepper
  6. Form into a ball
  7. Then flatten a little
  8. Roll in pecans
  9. Top, bottom and sides
  10. Wrap in plastic wrap til ready to serve.
  11. I serve on a bed of curley lettuce
  12. With mixed crackers. Good with chips too.
