Cream Cheese Ball

This has been a favorite for years. It is easy to make and is a great tasting appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 bunch of small green onion
6 ounces pastrami
Directions:
1. Chop the green onions and the pastromi, (I use Buddig). Mix all together. Spoon it onto a large piece of saran wrap. As you close up the saran wrap around it shape it into a ball. Place in the fridge until you are ready to use. Just unwrap and place on a decorative plate with crackers around it.
2. We use gluten free crackers, or corn chips. Make a seperate ball for gluten free people to avoid contamination.
