1. In a skillet melt butter over med heat. 2. Add crab and onion. 3. When well heated and starting shred, remove from heat. 4. Place cream cheese in medium-sized mixing bowl. 5. Add garlic powder and pepper. 6. Pour heated crab and onion mixture; combine well. 7. In a frypan heat vegetable oil (medium-high). 8. Spoon small amounts into wonton wrappers. 9. Fold up and drop into heated oil. 10. Cook until golden brown. 11. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
