An easy to make dish that's always a crowd pleaser. Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 lbs peeled crayfish tails
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can french onion soup
1 1/2 cups rice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
3. Bake for 1 hour.
4. Shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
