A nice healthy dessert, or even a great breakfast with a topping of granola.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat granola
Directions:
1. Place about 2 tbsp cranberry sauce in bottom of 4 parfait glasses.
2. Layer yogurt, remaining cranberry sauce, and granola on top.
3. Chill until serving.
