Cranberry Wow Pancakes

A Christmas Season Breakfast
Ingredients:
pancake
1-3/4 cups buttermilk
3 eggs
2 tbs oil (olive oil preferred)
1 tsp vanilla extracts
1 tsp orange extract
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 cups rolled oats*, uncooked
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
cranberry-orange syrup
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup maple syrup
Directions:
1. Pancakes
2. Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender container and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Add cranberries blend just until berries are mixed throughout. Add remaining ingredients and mix in thoroughly, but briefly, using blender or rubber spatula.
3. Pour onto hot griddle.
4. Syrup
5. Mixed ingredients into medium sauce pan. Bring to boil. Boil on low until cranberries are tender. Mash berries continue to simmer 5 minutes.
