Creamy Rolled Oatmeal with Cranberries and walnuts. A hearty, healthy and satisfying breakfast indeed!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/6 cup cranberries
1/8 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. Prepare Rolled Oats or instant plain oatmeal according to package.
2. Add 10 grams cranberries and 14 grams walnuts.
3. Sprinkle with Stevia or splenda.
4. Serve with Almond Milk or Skim milk for a delicious breakfast. (note - Milk NOT included in calorie count! Almond milk is only 20 calories per 1/2 cup though - gotta love that!)
