this recipe is a very good swing from the general Waldorf salad. I like to include this salad with the holiday menu.
Ingredients:
2 cups raw cranberries
3 cups mini marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups apples, unpared, cored, diced
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup walnuts, broken
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream
Directions:
1. Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar; Mix well.
2. Cover and chill overnight.
3. Add apples, grapes, walnuts; mix well.
4. Fold in sour cream and whipped cream
5. Chill until ready to serve.
