Ingredients:
3/4 cup cranberries
3 ounces fat-free cream cheese
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions:
1. Chop cranberries finely with knife or in food processor.
2. Place chopped cranberries in medium mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well with spoon.
4. Spread keeps well in fridge for 3 to 4 days.
5. Makes about 1 cup cranberry spread.
6. Serve with crackers or pita.
