Cranberry Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
2 lb pork tenderloin
16 oz. cranberry sauce
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup peach nectar
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 tbs cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Mix cranberry sauce with whole berries, chopped dried apricots, chopped onions, and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to mix
2. Trim all fat from pork tenderloin and place in slow cooker.
3. Spoon fruit mixture over tenderloin
4. If your slow cooker has a removeable crock make ahead of time and place in the refrigerator overnite.
5. Cook on low app. 8 hours
