Cranberry Sauce in the Raw

Raw cranberries are a triple threat to disease and sickness. They are full of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. This is one delicious way to get healthy with me this holiday season!
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunk
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 orange, juiced
1/2 lime, juiced
2 cups raw cranberries
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree all ingredients except the cranberries. Add the cranberries last and pulse gently so they won’t turn to mush.
2. Pour into a pretty bowl and garnish with whole raw cranberries and a sprig of mint if you like.
