A nice counterpoint to the sweeter Cranberry Sauce with Dried Cherries
Ingredients:
1 lb cranberries, washed and picked through
1 medium orange, washed, halved and cut into slices
1/2 medium jalapeno, washed and seeded
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons grand marnier
Directions:
1. Freeze the cranberries, orange slices and jalapeno.
2. In a food processor, combine the frozen ingredients and pulse until everything is cut into small pieces.
3. Transfer to a mixing bow. Stir in the sugar and Grand Marnier. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Can be made up to 5 days in advance.
