This dish gives a new meaning to the traditional Thanksgiving cranberry. Also goes great with ice cream or frozen yogurt!
Ingredients:
2 c granulated sugar (you can add less if you prefer)
2 bags fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple
2 golden delicious apples; cored
1 navel orange
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple well.
2. Using a food processor mince cranberries, apples, and orange (you can leave the peel on the orange and apples, just cut them up before you put them in the processor).
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 days to allow flavors to blend together.
