Cranberry Relish

This is my grandmother's recipe and I think it's the best out there. You can make it as smooth or as chunky as you like. I prefer chunky and it's great on a turkey sandwich instead of mayo.
Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled
2 apples, cored but not peeled
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
3 stalks celery, diced
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry jell-o gelatin
1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. chop orange, apples, and cranberries in food processor.
2. Pour sugar over mixture.
3. Stir in pineapple.
4. Make jello according to package instructions and let set in refrigerator until almost gelled.
5. Add celery and nuts to cranberry mixture and stir all of it into jello.
6. Chill until set.
