Cranberry Relish

Don't really know where it came from originally but I've been making this for years. Everyone seems to love it and it's really easy.
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh cranberries
2 medium apples, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (6 ounce) can apple juice concentrate
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil over med. heat stirring constantly.
2. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minute stirring occasionally.
3. Cool and enjoy!
