Cranberry Pineapple Pie

This very yummy pie is so good that you would never guess how quick and easy it is!
Ingredients:
1 - 9-inch ready made pie shell, baked
1 lb fresh cranberries
6 1/2 can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve 1 cup juice
2 1/2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
whipped cream
chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Bake pie shell and set aside.
2. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil (except cream and nuts).
3. Continue to boil for 10 minutes and then cool mixture.
4. Once cooled, pour into baked pie shell and chill until set.
5. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
