Cranberry Orange Rice Pilaf

From Kraft. Great with a deli roasted chicken.
Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Prepare rice as directed on pkg substituting orange juice for water.
2. Add peas and cranberries and cover.
3. Let stand 5 minutes.
4. Fluff with fork before serving.
