Directions:

  1. Into mixing bowl:
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Add beaten egg and shortening.
  4. Add orange juice and hot water.
  5. Add nuts and cranberries.
  6. Fold together.
  7. Let stand 20 minuntes.
  8. Put into greased bread pan.
  9. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
