This is so good over cream cheese. Enjoy Ingredients:
16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce or whole berry sauce |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon all purpose flour |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Combine cranberry sauce and next six ingredients in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir together flour and water until smooth then add to cranberry mixture. 3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat then cool. 5. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. 6. Serve over a block of cream cheese with gourmet crackers. |
