This is so good over cream cheese. Enjoy
Ingredients:
16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce or whole berry sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Combine cranberry sauce and next six ingredients in a medium saucepan.
2. Stir together flour and water until smooth then add to cranberry mixture.
3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat then cool.
5. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
6. Serve over a block of cream cheese with gourmet crackers.
