We serve this with roast turkey in place of cranberry sauce. The mayo topping sounds weird but it's really good.
Ingredients:
2 small or 1 large package rasberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 diced bananas
1 cup walnuts
topping
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 cup whipped cream
Directions:
1. Mix gelatin, water and cranberry sauce in a blender.
2. Chill until slightly thickened
3. Add pineapple, bananas and walnuts
4. Pour into mold and chill several hours until set
5. Combine mayonaise and whipped cream for the topping.
