Cranberry Gingerbread Muffins

These are delicious and healthy, and fun for this season.
Ingredients:
1 cup all bran cereal
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white or rye flour (i use rye)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 cup plain low fat yogurt or buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
Directions:
1. Heat over to 375 degrees celcius
2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients, including sugar.
3. In a medium size bowl mix all other ingredients except cranberries.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
5. Add cranberries.
6. Bake in greased muffin cups for 20-25 minutes.
7. Your house is gonna smell great!
