Cranberry Gelatin Salad

raspberry gelatin mix, white sugar, water, cold water, cranberries, orange, crushed pineapple, seedless red grapes cvt
Ingredients:
3 ounce dry (raspberry) gelatin mix
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup (boiling) water
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 pound cranberries
1/2 orange
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup (seedless red) grapes, halved
3/4 cups diced apples
Directions:
1. Add the sugar to the gelatin. Stir in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
2. Stir in the cold water or the pineapples juice. Chill until gelatin is thick.
3. Finely grind the cranberries and the orange in food processor.
4. Add the ground cranberry mixture, drained crushed pineapple, grapes and cubed apples to the thickened gelatin. Pour mixture into one 8 x 8 inch dish or a medium bowl. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
