Cranberry Fruit Salad

A tangy fruit salad great for the holiday table
Ingredients:
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
1/2 c cranberry juice
2 t lemon juice
1-3 oz pkg wild strawberry gelatin
1-16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c celery, chopped
1 small granny smith apple
1/2 c walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix reserved pineapple jiuce, cranberry juice and lemon joice ina saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add gelatin stiring until all is dissolved.
4. Add cranberry sauce.and stir into gelatin mixture..
5. Chill until this begins to set.
6. Stirin Pineapple, celery, apple & walnuts.
7. Pour into a 5 cup mold and chill until completely set.
