Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar and 1/3 cup WATER.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
  4. Puree this mixture in blender with liqueur.
  5. Put in metal bowl and set in ice water.
  6. Allow to stand, stirring occasionally, until cool.
  7. Beat cream until it holds soft peaks.
  8. Stir 1/4 into mixture and then fold in remaining.
  9. Spoon into 2 stemmed glasses and chill 20 minutes or freeze for 10.
