This is a delightful and very moist cake. My Sunday School teachers brings this to church often and we all love it. Hope you do as well.
Ingredients:
18 ounces fresh cranberries
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1 cup pecan halves
1 stick butter
Directions:
1. In saucepan combine cranberries and water then simmer 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar then stir and pour into rectangular baking dish.
3. Pour dry cake mix on top and add pecan halves then melt butter and pour evenly over top.
4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes then serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
