Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream together shortening and sugar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except cranberries.
  3. Fold in cranberries.
  4. Pour into 8x8 baking pan.
  5. Bake 350 degrees 45-50 minutes.
