Lots of fresh fruit--cherries, blueberries, avocado, and banana--blended with coconut, cashews, and fresh basil with coconut milk yogurt make a nutritious breakfast or hearty snack.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried cranberries
10 fresh cherries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 ripe avocado
1 large ripe banana
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 cup so delicious® dairy free vanilla greek-style coconut milk yogurt
2 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 teaspoon agave nectar
5 raw cashews
dash of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; pulse until smooth. Pour into serving glass; serve chilled.
