Cranberry Coconut Cookies

Something different for your sweet tooth!!
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour (white works too)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
1 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon, set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in coconut, nuts and cranberries.
6. Drop by the tablespoonful 2 inches apart on a greased sheet.
7. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until golden.
8. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
