Cranberry-Cinnamon Granola Bars

Granola is a good source of soluble fiber, which can lower the risk of coronary heart disease.
Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat granola cereal
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients, and press mixture evenly into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack 5 minutes, and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
3. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Kellogg's Low-Fat Granola without Raisins.
