Cranberry Chicken

Johnston's Cranberry Marsh
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup margarine
3 lbs chicken thighs (or breasts)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions:
1. In roasting pan, melt 1/4 cup margarine. Add chicken, skin side down. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
2. While chicken is baking, sauté onion in 2 tablespoons margarine until soft.
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes uncovered.
4. Spoon over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer or until done, turning it several times.
