This bread is a family tradition at my house for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Hope you like it!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup cranberries, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bread pan.
2. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
