Cranberry Apple Walnut Bread

Very easy, very moist....great flavor!
Ingredients:
2 c apples, finely chopped
3/4 c sugar
2 t oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 t powder
1/2 t soda
1 t cinnamon
1 c cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c walnuts
Directions:
1. Grease and flour a loaf pan
2. Combine apples, sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
3. Add egg, mixing well
4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
5. Add to apple mixture, mixing until all ingredients are moistened
6. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
7. Spread batter evenly in pan
8. Bake at 350 about an hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes
9. out clean.
