Just in time for fall this combination of cranberries, apples and grapes will make a delightful addition to any table. Chill time of one hour
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 medium apples, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes (2 cups)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
1/2 cup green seedless grape, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped (1/2 cup)
Directions:
1. To prepare the dressing stir together sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl.
2. Set aside.
3. Gently toss apples with lemon juice in large bowl.
4. Add all remaining salad ingredients.
5. Add dressing; toss to coat.
6. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
