3 cups peeled apples, sliced |
2 cups fresh cranberries |
24 g (24 packets) equal sweetener (83289) or 1 cup equal® spoonful |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
12 g (12 packets) equal sweetener (83289) or 1/2 cup equal®spoonful |
Directions:
1. Combine apples, cranberries, and 24 packets Equal sweetener in an ungreased 10-inch glass pie plate. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, pecans, butter and 12 packets) Equal sweetener. Sprinkle mixture over top of the apples and cranberries. 3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven approximately 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. |
