Mixed Greens with Cranberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, almonds and feta cheese on top with olive oil dressing. The sweet taste of the fruit satisfies your hunger as well as your sweet tooth.
Ingredients:
6 cups mixed greens
2 tbsp cranberries
1/2 cup (red) grapes, halved
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
1 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Combined all ingredients and toss lightly in a large bowl.
