This is a great treat for a hot day. Smooth mixture of berries and juice.
Ingredients:
1 cup low-calorie cran-raspberry juice
1 banana (frozen, cut into chunks)
6 frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon lime juice
ice cube
Directions:
1. Blend till you get desired consistency. Add as many ice cubes as needed.
2. Also may add sugar to taste. I prefer not to.
