Cracker Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
24 'jatz' biscuits or 24 other crackers, crushed
1 cup caster sugar
115 g pecans, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites till very frothy.
2. Gradually add sugar.
3. Beat till mixture is stiff and shiny.
4. Fold in crushed crackers and pecans.
5. Cook in greased 9 inch pie dish.
6. Bake at 160 C for 40 minutes.
7. Cool totally then refrigerate.
8. Top with whipped cream and serve.
