Cracker Barrel Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz macaroni
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Make roux by stirring in flour, gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted.
  3. Pour in 1 quart casserole dish. Add macaroni. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
