Cracked Wheat for the Kids (Michele Urvater)

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cracked wheat
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Cook cracked wheat in butter for a couple of minutes. Add water and bring it to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with grated Parmesan or serve with plain yogurt, sliced almonds and raisins.
