Crabmeat Salad Pie

Have to say that I've never had crab and am not a huge fan of alot of shellfish so I haven't tried this yet...A friend gave me this recipe and I thought I'd share
Ingredients:
1 ready made pie crust
filling
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tbls. onion, finely chopped
1 tbls. green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbls. lemon juice
1 6 oz. can crab meat, drained
3/3 -1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Using 9 inch pie pan, bake pie crust 9-11 minutes
3. Cool completely
4. Put 2 tbls. bread crumbs in small bowl and mix in cheddar cheese, set aside
5. In mixing bowl, add remaining bread crumbs, celery, onion, pepper, lemon juice and crab meat and lightly mix until
6. combined
7. Add enough mayo for desired consistency and mix well
8. Spoon into pie crust
9. Sprinkle with cheese/breadcrumb mixture
10. Bake 8-10 minutes
