These crab muffins are so good you will hate to share. Maybe one of the best appetizers in the world!
Ingredients:
1. 1 cube soften margarine
2. 1 jar “old english” cheese spread
3. 1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
6. (1) 7 ounce can crabmeat (flaked)
7. (6) english muffins
Directions:
1. SOFTEN BUTTER AND MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CRABMEAT.
2. DRAIN CRABMEAT BEFORE ADDING TO MIXTURE.
3. SPREAD ON EACH MUFFIN HALF AND BROIL UNTIL BROWN ON TOP.
4. CUT EACH HALF INTO QUARTERS.
5. • YOU CAN PREPARE THE MUFFINS AHEAD OF TIME. PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET AND FREEZE. ONCE FROZEN PUT IN A ZIP LOOK BAG. WHEN READY TO COOK, TAKE OUT AND PUT UNDER THE BROILER.
