Soft shell crab recipe.
Ingredients:
1 soft shelled crab
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon goya adobo seasoning
3 slices bacon
1/4 cup rendered bacon fat
1 full lettuce leaf
1 slice red onion, thin
vine ripened tomato, sliced thin
mayonnaise
kaiser roll
Directions:
1. Mix flour and seasoning.
2. Rinse and pat dry soft shell crab.
3. Coat crab with flour mixture.
4. Heat bacon fat in sauté pan for 1/4-inch depth.
5. Fry coated soft shell crab until browned.
6. Slice kaiser roll and lightly toast.
7. Spread mayonnaise on roll.
8. Place crab, onion, bacon, lettuce and tomato in roll.
9. Eat.
