Imitation crab & portobello mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 mushrooms, portobello
3 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
1 cup milk, low fat
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 tsp sauce, worcestershire
2 tbs sour cream
2 cups crab, imitation
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Saute shopped mushroom stems in butter until soft. Add flour & mustard. Add milk, worcestershire sauce & sour cream. Add crab & lemon juice to mixture then put on top of mushrooms. Put in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Add cheese to top. bake until cheese is melted.
