I tried this just being funny, but to my surprise they came out delicious. The downturn of the economy inspired me to create this dish.
Ingredients:
10 crab sticks (imitation)
2 eggs
panko (japanese breadcrumbs)
flour
jalapeno
parsley
paprika
beer
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in to a food processor. Blend to make a doughy and sticky like texture.
2. Form the doughy mixture into bite size shapes.
3. Powder with flour.
4. Fry in deep fryer at 300 degrees for about 5 minutes or golden brown.
5. Do not place on paper towels (see picture for crispiest results), sprinkle with season salt immediately after coming out of the fryer.
6. Server with cocktail sauce or tarter sauce.
