This is a very simple spread served in many restaurants as a pre-starter-starter. It is usually made with crabsticks, but I prefer it with propper crab meat.
Ingredients:
250 grs crabmeat (or crabsticks)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (can be shop-bought)
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp whisky
salt and pepper (or chilli flakes)
Directions:
1. Put everithing in the food processor.
2. Blend until more or less homogeneous (it is nice to find some identifiable little pieces of crab)
3. Serve with small toast
