Crab Soup And Corn

Ingredients:
2 cups cream corn ( can be purchased in can form)
100 g crab meat (you can use more! be generous)
1 stalk of scallion (use the white part)
3 1/2 cup water
2 tsp chicken bouillon powder / chicken stock powder
3 tbsp corn starch ( dilute with 2 tablespoon of hot water)
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp the leaf part of the scallion , finely sliced (for garnishing purpose)
Directions:
1. Blend the corn in the food processor , until it is fine .
2. Mix the corn , crab meat and the white part of the scallion in a pot .
3. Add water , chicken stock powder , and corn starch liquid .
4. Bring it to boil , when the soup begins to simmer , reduce heat to slow , and stir the soup until it thickens .
5. Add in soy sauce , and continue stirring before serving . Add the green scallion leaves on top of the soup , for garnishing purpose.
